My Adventures in the restaurant industry began in 1979 working in my fatherís restaurant. My experiences of meeting new people and watching the enjoyment on their faces as they savored the wonderful flavors of my fatherís cuisine were the experiences that gave me the bug for the industry that I would never rid.
Growing up, Italian, food was the focus of our happy home. Mama Gemma would spend hours on end creating meals as family and friends would sit table side talking and laughing. Eating one meal, then asking what was to come next.
When planning to go on my own and open CaFfinO, I felt it had to have an authentic Italian recipe with the high grade standards in which my father offered. As well as the love and passion Mama Gemma put in every dish she prepared for us at home. In combination with an eclectic European ambiance, reasonable pricing and a welcoming front of house staff that would make you feel at home.
Thirteen years later my quest is still the same. Every day we strive to always bring these standards to your table. My greatest satisfaction is still watching our guests enjoy their meals whether they are with business associates, family or friends.
Acclaimed chefs Carmen Diano and Armand Sadikaj are committed to searching local markets for the finest vegetables, meats and fish, with the goal of bringing the CaFfinO high standard recipes to your eating experience.
